Mission Statement:

To incite a change in the laws of the land; to reestablish the constitutional rights of both parents to enable them to rear their own children, specifically after a divorce. Just as the women's rights movement stirred a great work decades ago, now it is time for non-custodial parents to unite as one voice, to change and better the laws for our nation's best asset: our children.

There is no substitute for failure in the home. A failed marriage does not mean home life has failed, unless a parent neglects their responsibilities or is cut out of the picture. Government interference should only take effect after one or both parents are proven unwilling or unable to provide the required care in raising their children. It is this site's position that just providing money is NOT providing the required care. Money is a poor and inadequate substitute when used to replace the responsibilities and loving care of a parent.
